Job Responsibilities :

  • 1. To provide excellent customer service to all potential customer who “like”/ “pm” the Facebook page and sell the product to customer
  • 2. To promote/upsell our product to achieve sales target
  • 3. To maintain relevant posting on page to promote trust
  • 4. To ensure target is hit at all time
  • 5. To assist in all sales and promotion event as requested by the company other than the online medium

Key Responsibilities :

  • 1. Reply to all messages on Whatsapp
  • 2. Call and answering queries, offering advice and introducing product to customers
  • 3. Ensure all customers database is properly manage
  • 4. Ensure all “follow-up” customers is managed accordingly
  • 5. Ensure 100% response rate and high sales penetration rate on system
  • 6. Make sure every qualified customer has been pitched on the product
  • 7. All the online sales personnel are fully trained on the product knowledge and followed the Script SOP in selling the product.
  • 8. Willing to be placed or travel in any branch within Malaysia

Requirements :

  • 1. Candidate must possess at least SPM and above
  • 2. Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel
