HR EXECUTIVE
Job Responsibilities:
1. Be actively involved in recruitment such as job posting and managing the hiring process.
2. Conduct orientation for new join staff/worker.
3. Maintain employee records such as attendance, disciplinary and etc according to company policy and legal requirements.
4. Assist payroll unit in preparing data for monthly payroll.
5. Monitor workers disciplinary and issue warning letter for disciplinary cases.
6. Prepare appraisal form for workers confirmation, annual review, promotion and issue letter accordingly.
Support administration job, departmental paperwork, and any documentation need by the department accordingly.
Ad-hoc duties assigned by HOD.
Job Requirements:
1. Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
2. 1 to 2 years of working experience in HR industry will be an advantage but not necessary.
3. Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
4. Able to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
6. Positive work behaviour and attitude.
7. Able to work at Sungai Petani Kedah.
