6 FEBRUARY – The EMZI-UiTM Nano Core Industrial Research Laboratory, a strategic collaboration between EMZI Group and the Faculty of Chemical Engineering of Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Pulau Pinang, marked a significant milestone at the Thailand Inventors’ Day & Bangkok International Intellectual Property, Invention, Innovation and Technology Exposition (IPITEx) 2025 held from 2nd to 6th February in Bangkok, Thailand.
Led by Dr. Mohamad Syafiq Abdul Wahab, EMZI Group’s researcher, the team secured one Gold Medal and a Special Award from the National Institute for Research & Development in Chemistry and Petrochemistry, Bucharest, Romania for the innovation made for Teh Tarik Mahmudi. Meanwhile, EMZI Group’s other staple product, OliveTin also proudly received a Gold Medal.
This achievement reinforces the EMZI-UiTM Nano Core Lab’s unwavering commitment to advancing innovation and scientific research in the food and health industries. Our heartfelt appreciation goes out to all researchers, contributors and supporters who played a role in this success.
