The awards were presented during a ceremony at UiTM Shah Alam, Selangor, on August 20, 2024, with the event graced by the Deputy Minister of Science, Technology, and Innovation, Datuk Mohammad Yusof Apdal. The acclaimed products, Kopi Ala Kazim and Teh Tarik Mahmudi, are flagship offerings from EMZI Group, celebrated for their innovation and quality.
The EMZI Nano-Core team, led by Dr. Syafiq Abdul Wahab, Puan Alia Khalidah Ismail, and Puan Sakinah Burhan, showcased groundbreaking research. Their work on “Kopi Ala Kazim with Enhanced Antioxidants for Diabetes Care”, and Teh Tarik Mahmudi’s, “Enhancing Cognitive Benefits Through Co-encapsulation of Moringa Oleifera, Plukenetia Volubilis and Andrographis Paniculata“, stood out among others for their scientific rigor and practical application.
