PULAU PINANG – EMZI Group recently hosted a two-day ELITE Workshop aimed at optimizing staff performance and fostering excellence within its workforce. The event took place at Mercure Penang Beach Hotel, on 27 and 28 December 2023. The workshop was held to enhance and improve the leadership and soft skills of the Head of Departments from every company’s subsidiary. EMZI Group’s Board of Directors were also present to show their support for the participants.
The workshop, focusing on innovative strategies for productivity enhancement, leadership mastery, and effective team collaboration. All of the strategies and skills learned will be put into practice for developing an Annual Business Plan for 2024. Engaging discussions and interactive sessions provided a platform for employees to exchange insights and acquire actionable techniques to bolster their skill sets. From personalized coaching sessions to team-building exercises, participants were equipped with practical tools to thrive in their respective roles while contributing meaningfully to the company’s collective success.
The climax event of the workshop gathered all participants and the Board of Directors for a themed dinner. This provided a relaxed setting for networking, fostering camaraderie among colleagues, and engaging in informal yet valuable discussions that transcended the confines of the office.
