3 DECEMBER – EMZI Group has been proudly recognized as the sole recipient of the Top Shipper 2024 (Northern Region) award by DHL eCommerce Malaysia. The accolade was presented by DHL eCommerce Malaysia’s Sales and Commercial Director, Mr. Sumanth Kotha, to EMZI Group’s CEO, Tuan Haji Mohamad Faizal bin Zainon. The ceremony was also attended by Sales Manager (Northern Region), Mr. Mawardi Rahim, alongside other top management members of EMZI Group.
This prestigious recognition, awarded directly by DHL’s Global Headquarters in Germany, reflects DHL’s trust and confidence in EMZI Group as a leading digital company in Northern Malaysia. Throughout 2024, an impressive 90% of EMZI’s products were shipped via DHL services, averaging 30,000 parcels monthly. EMZI Group also ranks among Malaysia’s top-performing companies in DHL’s list, achieving a nearly 90% success rate in first-attempt deliveries and maintaining a return rate of below 1.5%.
