29 January – EMZI Group successfully organised a Wakalah Zakat distribution programme across the Teloi Kiri area, aimed at supporting underprivileged asnaf communities. The programme was led by Mr. Muhammad Zahran bin Yahya, Director of System & Technology of EMZI Group, together with Mr. Roslan bin Mohamed, Chief of Corporate Communication of EMZI Group.
A total of 40 boxes containing basic food supplies and essential household items were distributed to eligible recipients throughout the Teloi Kiri area. A portion of the assistance was delivered directly to selected homes by EMZI’s dedicated team members to ensure broader accessibility and convenience for recipients. This approach was implemented to facilitate the delivery of support in a more efficient and inclusive manner, particularly for individuals facing challenges in collecting assistance. The initiative reflects EMZI Group’s strong commitment to ensuring that no one is left behind, especially those in vulnerable situations requiring continued support. Throughout the programme, many recipients expressed sincere gratitude, with some visibly moved upon receiving the much needed assistance.
