4 February – EMZI Group successfully conducted a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative at Masjid Al-Amin, Sungai Layar through the “Bersih Masjid” programme. This reflects EMZI Group’s continued commitment to supporting mosque upkeep and promoting a clean, safe and comfortable environment for the local community. The initiative was led by EMZI’s top management, in close collaboration with Ustaz Ibrahim of Masjid Al-Amin, whose guidance and support were instrumental to the programme’s smooth execution.
The programme involved the active participation of EMZI Group employees, who carried out a series of structured cleaning activities within the mosque compound. These included the cleaning of restrooms, windows, ceiling fans and drainage areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the premises. In addition, EMZI Group further supported the mosque through wakalah zakat contributions in the form of essential maintenance equipment, to enhance the mosque’s ongoing upkeep and operational efficiency.
