13 MARCH – In conjunction with the holy month of Ramadan, EMZI Group successfully organised the annual Rewang 4.0. The programme brought together EMZI personnel in a spirit of unity and devotion, aimed at fostering stronger bonds through meaningful and community-driven activities.
The highlight of the programme was the collective preparation of bubur lambuk, a traditional dish synonymous with Ramadan. A total of six large pots, prepared using the special Kampung Baru recipe, were cooked collaboratively, reflecting strong teamwork and shared commitment. The packaged dishes were then distributed to the local community around Sungai Petani, particularly at the iconic Dataran Zero, Jam Besar. The programme concluded with a warm and meaningful iftar gathering attended by EMZI personnel and distinguished guests.
Rewang remains a valued annual tradition within EMZI Group, embodying our commitment to meaningful community engagement and shared cultural heritage.
