Job Responsibilities :
1. To provide excellent customer service to all potential customer who “like”/ “pm” the Facebook page and sell the product to customer
2. To promote/upsell our product to achieve sales target
3. To maintain relevant posting on page to promote trust
4. To ensure target is hit at all time
5. To assist in all sales and promotion event as requested by the company other than the online medium
Key Responsibilities :
1. Reply to all messages on Whatsapp
2. Call and answering queries, offering advice and introducing product to customers
3. Ensure all customers database is properly manage
4. Ensure all “follow-up” customers is managed accordingly
5. Ensure 100% response rate and high sales penetration rate on system
6. Make sure every qualified customer has been pitched on the product
7. All the online sales personnel are fully trained on the product knowledge and followed the Script SOP in selling the product.
8. Willing to be placed or travel in any branch within Malaysia
Requirements :
1. Candidate must possess at least SPM and above
2. Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel
